My mechanical brain is fried

Greetings. My new Opt Laser module has me completely stumped on the wiring and I figured I'd ask for help before I let the magic smoke out. I'm great with wrenches but a total fish out of water with electronics and a search for a wiring diagram for dummies led me straight to this community.
