Here's photos of my home built 100 watt (DC) laser that I designed and built almost 5 years ago.
The tube is a grade "A" RECI 100 watt, W2 tube. The bed is 18"X37" and is controlled with a Ruida RDC6445S DSP controller.
For cutting, I have 1 1/2", 2", 2 1/2" and 4" cutting lens. For engraving, I use Cloudray's compound lens that was designed by Russ Sadler.
